2. Wait for Approval

3. Return the Item

Once approved, you may ship the item using a trackable and insured shipping method.

A valid tracking number is required for all returns.


RETURN METHOD

  • Approved drop-off locations (if applicable)

REFUND PROCESS

Once your returned item is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours):

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email once processed

We do not charge any restocking fees.


WRONG, DAMAGED, OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item:
